This multi-story home is part of Seaside Village, a quiet community that features an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck. A quarter-mile stroll across Island Drive brings you to the sand and surf, while nearby destinations like Surf City (two miles south) and central North Topsail Beach (five miles north) provide even more options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

After a day of sun and sea, unwind on the covered deck—perfect for evening cocktails, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing in the ocean breeze.

Inside, the home features modern finishes throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sunlit dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV for movie nights.
