While itâs not a luxury resort, itâs clean, comfortable, and priced to reflect its well-loved character. From morning coffee on the balcony to evenings spent stargazing, this cozy retreat offers the perfect setting for making memories. And with our signature hospitality, weâll make sure every moment of your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.
Beach access is unavailable from this building's beach access stairs at the moment (the beach changes rapidly). The public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access. This condo is in Building #7. At the moment, buildings #8, #7 and #5 have closed beach accesses. Other buildings within the HOA may have open beach access stairs which can be used at low tide.

PUBLIC BEACH PARKING HAS A FEE NOT INCLUDED IN RESERVATION PAYMENT. * Additional stair climbing required for beach access * Access may be limited during high tide. * Access to Topsail Reef amenities, including tennis and basketball courts, grilling area, and beach access * Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion.

No coffee maker filtersâŠvery rundown. Fan was filthy, crackers on floor from previous guests. Beach view was good and manager communicated very well.
Most affordable place directly on the water for a long weekend beach trip! Amazing sun rise views and beautiful scenery from balcony. Its on the more quiet, least tourist-y end of the island which was perfect. There were still plenty of options for dining and restaurants. I really enjoyed the tiki bar right next to this place (30 second walk). Beach access #46 is extremely close and within walking distance (just park at the very end of the lot and then walk 1 min). The condo interior itself was perfectly acceptable. Hosts were informative and communicative. I would recommend and book again!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. I wish the listing had said they had a Keurig, as well as a standard coffee maker, because I would have packed differently for morning coffee. The AC units did a great job keeping the place cool. I would only suggest a little painting to give the place a facelift and connect a drain line to the living room AC unit so it doesn't get the deck wet. But you just can't beat this place's view.
If you are looking for a place where you want to spend a few hours a day on the beach and then many hours in the shade on a the balcony enjoying the spectacular ocean views this is the place for you!
Nice property. I like location because the ocean I so close. Would be a great property with a little paint and more attention to upkeep. Overall was a great stay.
