The room has a partial view of the Ocean. It was very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with items. Beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyable visit in great location

We had an enjoyable stay for our annual mothers/daughters weekend. The condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for Sunday brunch. Other restaurants and a grocery store were nearby in Sneads Ferry so everything we needed was convenient. Communication with our host was easy as was the check in and check out processes. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Perfect Family Stay

This property was ideal for a family of all ages. The condo had kid and infant friendly rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food, and the living space was incredibly comfortable. The balcony had views of the beach and the sound. The location had easy access to the beach along with multiple pools, and the restaurant which allowed us to bring variety into our day without having to leave. A playground is nearby down the street and there are kid friendly activities in a close driving distance. We were very happy with this trip!

Perfect vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! There was everything we needed and then some. There are usually luggage carts available to help you get your items unloaded. The facility was super clean and well kept. There was usually always a spot on the beach close to the access steps so we didn't have to go far with all of our things in the mornings. The only thing to note was there is limited parking close to the building, so you may have to park your car across the street at times.

Nice location

Location was good. Would recommend updating pictures especially one of "ocean view" as there is now a pool going in next door so some construction. The front door needs painting and based on first appearance wasn't impressed. Elevators were broke for evening/overnight and we had to carry luggage down steps (had one member in party with mobility issues). Front elevator was broke our entire stay.
