This immaculate oceanfront home was featured on HGTV's Beach Hunters and has breathtaking ocean views which are guaranteed to meet your desire to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and escape to paradise. Nestled in the dunes of North Topsail beach, this five-bedroom Nantucket style home is located in Topsail's prestigious upscale Ocean Ridge community. Ocean Ridge features private and quiet beaches, beautiful landscaping and if you need a break from the waves, a community pool located within the neighborhood and is only a short walk away from property.

For a change in scenery, the surrounding community offers many island amenities only minutes away including North Shore Golf and Country Club, Royal Dunes sound side park, free public boat ramp with access to Intercoastal Waterway, Seaview Fishing Pier, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.

Only steps away from the pristine beach of North Topsail Island, this home is packed with comfort, convenience and entertainment for all members of your family. Featuring large open rooms, beautiful ocean views and an open floor plan, the main level of this home provides perfect space for gathering and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, raised panel cabinets, and a center island with cook-top stove which provides a gathering space with seating for casual dining and socializing. Both a Keurig as well as regular drip coffee maker are provided. The kitchen opens to an oceanfront dining area and the great room.

The great room has a large cozy couch with a smart TV and BluRay player, soundbar and cable TV. From the great room on the main level, there is also a powder room and private den with a TV and a large couch that pulls out to a sofabed.

You may choose to take in the panoramic views of the Atlantic from the outdoors on either lower or upper decks, or from indoors through the floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire ocean-side of the house. Whether it be taking a walk or riding a bike on the beach, kayaking in the intercostal waterway, enjoying the ocean breezes on one of the large decks, or just relaxing inside on one of the comfy sitting areas throughout the home, you are guaranteed to find an activity or leisure that suits everyone. Everything in this home is provided for comfort and ease of The beachfront balconies are super. Plenty of cooking utensils and other amenities. Comfortable seating for gatherings as well as privacy for office work.

Family Reunion

My husband’s family has been meeting in Topsail NC for 20+ years and just recently the main families broke into neighboring houses to allow for more bedrooms and overall space in the home. This house worked perfectly for our family and we have the nicest house of the 3 family homes. The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable and watching the evening waves from the porch makes it hard to go to bed. Our family defiantly recommends this house for any trip!

Another great visit!

This is our third year in a row renting this home and it remains our favorite over 20+ years of visiting Topsail. We did notice the new gate on the porch which was great in helping to keep the grandbaby from escaping without an adult. As always, the home was clean and comfortable. Beach toys were a little sparce this year so we donated the ones we purchased and hope to see them again next summer. Overall, I think this is a great vacation home and look forward to spending a week with our family again next year!

Fall Break Vacay

House was beautiful, however, the bathroom downstairs next to TV room had a very strong mold/mildew smell and the house needed to be sprayed for bugs...large bugs 🐛. Otherwise, our family enjoyed our stay.

This property has an excellent location with fabulous views of the ocean! Upon entry, the carpets were visibly dirty and stained. This was on both staircases. We spent the entire week trying to eliminate the infestation of fruit flies and either mice or a rat per the exterminator. There were either mouse or rat droppings on top of the downstairs bedroom bedspread and scattered throughout the home. On the third day of our stay, the downstairs AC stopped working. We were told there was nothing wrong with it initially by maintenance. Maintenance did provide two portable AC units for the downstairs. We were told the units could not be evaluated until June 16, after our departure. The company did have a cancellation and came on the 11th and we were told the unit was in fact not working as the drain line was clogged and shut the unit off. Once cleared, the unit was functioning. The lower deck chairs were uncomfortable with not enough seating for a party of 8. There were also 5-6 cockroaches noted throughout our stay. The valve was broken on the outside shower so we were not able to use. We used the garden hose to clean the sand off of us after spending time on the beach. The table in the living room was falling apart and we had to put in back together numerous times. The maintenance men were always timely and polite! The exterminator was so helpful. I must say I was uncomfortable the entire stay unless I was outside the home due to the rodent/s and cockroaches.

Not a clean home.

We spent our entire first day cleaning. Washing quilts, rugs, counter tops, appliances, etc. We have been visiting Topsail twice a year for the past 10 years. Never have we had to do so much cleaning upon arrival. We contacted the rental company (Treasure Realty and VACASA) three times now and visited both offices - we have yet to hear back from either company. VERY disappointed in not only the lack of cleanliness of the home, but the lack of customer service. We will not renting through TR or VACASA any longer.

Great house, great experience

This was our 11th year in North Topsail, trying out multiple houses in the Ocean Ridge development on the island. We truly enjoyed this house as it seem to fit. Our families needs and was fully equipped. Last year, we were disappointed in the Vacasa management company and it’s a response to any of our concerns. We felt that they totally ignored us and never satisfied any other problems we found in the house we were staying. so, we decided to try a different house. Not only was the house great, but we felt like the Vacasa team found them was very responsive to questions regarding the house. It was a great experience and we hope to return to the same house next year. say that I wish they had the same arrangement provided by Treasure Realty, the Company who managed many of the houses on Ocean Ridge for many years. Treasure Reality gave us one week from our departure date to commit to the same week and same house for a 10% deposit. The remaining 40% was due five months later in January and the balance 30 days before the trip. If that same offer were available now, rather than demanding a 50% deposit we could commit today - just our two cents.
