St Regis is a real gem - wonderful facility. The pool was very nice and the 2 restaurants and coffee shop onsite were great. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. We loved that the deck had views of both the ocean and inter-coastal waterway which had some fabulous sunsets! Want to come back again!!

The property & apartment was perfect ! Beautifully clean and decorated, unbelievable 360 degree views of the ocean and the wetlands which included sunrise and sunsets, & a balcony to catch the breezes. Steps from the beach. The condo had the space and everything we needed. Property owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Condo was very clean, great location, and great view of both the ocean and intercostal waterway. St. Regis had an onsite ice cream/coffee shop which was convenient.We had a great time visiting North Topsail Beach.
