Welcome to our Two Bedroom leisure beach condo! Recently updated, great for entertaining. Nobody above or below. It is in the exclusive gated community of the Del Mar Beach Club. Complex has its own private beach access along with tennis, 4 pools, spa, sauna, gym, clubhouse and private parking as well. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Del Mar Racetrack."
Beautiful and cozy beach home nicely furnished and decorated. Wi-Fi and Cable are included. Bedrooms with private balcony, flat screen TV and in -suite bathroom. Plenty of blankets, linens and towels. Ample Living and dinning areas. Fully set and equipped kitchen, propane BBQ, laundry room with washer and dryer. Portable chairs, towels, ice coolers and all kinds of goodies that you might want to take to the beach!
