Modern style cottage

Unwind and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are nestled in the woods minutes away from Soldotna. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for your vacation. It can sleep up to 5 people, 6 if you don't mind a bit less privacy. The master suite is upstairs with a stunning bathroom adjoined. The second bedroom on the main floor. It has a bathroom close by.
We will be across the woods so never hesitate to reach out to us!

If you're lucky, there may be fresh cookies upon arrival.
Other things to note
This beautiful home will not be available till June 2025, due to the fact that it is currently occupied.
When it is empty there will be a few changes made. We will have a single bed in the downstairs room, and a pull out couch in the living room.
We have tried to make it as close to how it will look when it's ready. Thank you for understanding:)

This property is beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need with wooded views, in which you may see some wildlife. The host was prompt in communication. The sheets were soft and comfy. The living area was perfect for family time. There are books and games, including books for younger kids. The kitchen had all nice appliances and there was everything you could need to make meals. The washer and dryer were great. The bathroom towels were plush and luxurious. Overall, just a really great place to stay.

We (two senior couples from Rockville, MD) had a wonderful stay here during our Alaska trip and truly felt at home. The place was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of driving and sightseeing around the Kenai Peninsula, it was such a pleasure to come back to a warm, peaceful, and well-kept home. We especially appreciated how easy everything was — from check-in to communication with the host, who was friendly, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in the property. The location was also excellent: convenient to nearby attractions, yet calm and scenic enough to really enjoy Alaska's beauty - especially the Russian River hike, fall, and fishing! There are many restaurants and shops nearby in Soldotna. We travel quite a bit and can honestly say this was one of those places where you immediately feel comfortable and well looked after. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.
