Beautiful and comfortable house in the outskirts of Sóller

Romantic house on the outskirts of the village of Sóller. Will have a separate room with bathroom and direct access to the gardens of the output property. The house has romantic spots available, surrounded by greenery as an oasis. If you like walks by bike or on foot it is a magnificent area. It also has hiking trails starting from the house and upon reservation, horseback riding. The Airport is only 30 km in the city of Palma de Mallorca and beaches are only 5 minutes drive from the house. In the countryside but very close to everything. In 15 minutes walk you reach the center of Soller, where you can visit its beautiful Plaza and Historical Center. A 15-minute drive from the villages of Fornalutx and Biniariaix and 30 minutes from the village of Deia

A perfect casa, with probably the best view over the Soller Valley.

This beautiful home has superb views over the Soller Valley and is ideally situated for some of the best hikes along the GR221 our favourite is the circular route to Fornalutx. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a constant source of hot water, the bed is very comfortable. Outside on the terrace the views are stupendous and evenings are a delight watching the sun go down over the mountains with a glass of Rioja The hosts Maria and Juan are very kind and helpful and communication throughout was very good We hope to visit this special place soon

Soller Casita

The house and location were fabulous. Spectacular view of mountains. Very quite and peaceful. It was very well equipped with all we needed. A little hard to get to but well worth it.

Beautiful stay in Sollér

Maria’s property is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed everything about our stay, the house was very clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. We used this as our Elopement wedding location and it was very romantic. It was up in the mountains with breathtaking views and lots of privacy. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

A lovely place to stay

We loved our stay in this casita on the edge of Soller. We were far enough away to enjoy the sounds of the birds singing and the glorious views of the mountains and valley, whilst only a 20 minute walk into the town’s centre. The house is nicely designed and decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house with stunning views

Beautiful house in rural local with amazing views over orange groves and mountains. Lovely walks and golf around the area. Special thank to Maria for waiting for us to check in after 12h flight delay. As other reviewers have noted, the road leading to the house is very narrow. Make sure you take out full damage insurance for car hire.

Very comfortable cottage with amazing views

The adventurous journey to the cottage is worth it once you see the view. Beautiful mountains in every direction and the fruit orchards below. The house is furnished very comfortably and well equipped compared to most rentals. Total privacy as you have no nearby neighbors, just the occasional sheep wandering thru to graze for a few minutes before wandering off. For us, the walk into the center of town was closer to 30 minutes so a car is advisable. The driveway is a challenge. The car rental agency was out of the small car we reserved so we ended up with a BMW 1-series that wasn't ideal for the situation. We spent wonderful evenings at the cottage to avoid venture up after dark. Mosquitos and bugs were fine the first week but in mid-June, they were quite intense. Fortunately, the view from inside the cottage is still wonderful! Look forward to another visit!

The property is charming and meets all one's needs in terms of amenities. Very comfortable with stunning views. A unique finca style construction with all modern needs i.e. good kitchen, bathroom, air-condition, TV and WIFI. The drive-way up the hill is not ideal as one will need a small manual car based on the turns and width of the road-track.

Lovely little retreat in beautiful Sollér

A great stay in Sollér - lovely little secluded property perfect for a couple. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace for breakfast and an evening drink. Loved the view across the valley! Absolutely need the smallest car - the road up to the property is very narrow and takes some getting used to. Two things that I think would take this property from a 4 to a 5 is fixing the road to make it an easier drive up to the property and reducing the amount of furniture - the inside could do with smaller pieces and the outside is quite busy, less is sometimes more! Otherwise great stay - thank you 😊

Stunning views

Well equipped and comfortable house with stunning views of Sóller. Our second stay and we loved the outdoor space for relaxing in a tranquil location. Ideal for walking into Sóller and the Port De Soller for the delicious food.

Little piece of heaven

Offering panoramic views of the mountains and Soller, a completely private and individual property. Beautifully presented with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small car is absolutely necessary though as the steep, narrow track up to the property was rather challenging !

The property has excellent facilities internally an externally. It is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Sóller which you can see from the terrace with views right across the valley. Hire a very small car as the local roads are very narrow

Fantastic location

We loved this house and its surroundings. The view is breathtaking. The house is really well equipped and very charming. Millions of good things could be said about it and the owners. Only two small drawbacks: The very narrow and bumpy road up to the house (maybe 400 meters) can be a little annoying. And the furniture are very big for the size of the house. (But if you are there in the summertime you probably don't sit inside anyway) We will certainly recommend this place to friends and others.

Walking, wildlife and culture

The location of the property is perfect for anyone who wishes to leave the car and walk from the door. You can easily walk to Soller, Port de Soller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx, Deia if fit. It is a wonderful view from the house down onto Soller and across to the mountains, especially in the evening with birds flitting around. The property is very clean and comfortable and the heating was appreciated as it was a must at the start of our holiday. Some wood to light a fire on the first day would have been nice as it was cold, wet and hail on the hills. It was good to have a few herbs, salt and pepper left in the kitchen, and use of a washing machine. It is a super house to stay in and we highly recommend others coming and are very tempted to return to the same place as it was so ideal.

Beautiful place - wonderful hosts

We arrived during a break in the midst of a horrific storm. The rain had knocked out the heater. The hosts took all action they could to ensure our comfort by bringing in a portable heater and providing other amenities. In the end, we could not be warm and the extremely wet conditions made access in and out difficult, to put it mildly. Thank goodness for our considerate, understanding hosts who kindly allowed us to leave early in search of a more comfortable stay. We really wished we had come in spring when it must be paradise with a spectacular view over Soller and not too far to walk into town.

Great week spent in lovely property

Had a very good week in Soller,property was well furnished, clean and comfortable, a great view over the valley so eating outside was nice with gas barbecue and good garden furniture. Property within walking distance of Soller (20mins) and Port Soller (30 mins), access to house was via small track (small car required)but meant a nice quiet location. Easy communication with owner and warm welcome on arrival.

Finca am Berghang mit tollem Blick ins Orangental und auf die Berge

Herrlich gelegene Finca mit viel Platz für zwei bis vier Personen. Sehr gut ausgestattet - vom BBQ bis Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Für kühlere Tage gibt’s den Kamin, bei wärmeren Tagen schützen die dicken Steinmauern. Man hat seine Ruhe, ohne sich einsam zu fühlen. Schafe und Esel leben in der Umgebung. Zitronen- und Aprikosenbäume stehen auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück. Ein Auto braucht man für Fahrten nach Sóller. Wer strikt nur wandern will, braucht keines und kann fast direkt am Haus starten. Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber runden diese herrliche Unterkunft ab. Hier kann man prima Urlaub machen.

Comfortable casita with a great view.

Spent four good winter weeks in this very comfortable place for 2, with a very private and quiet situation. Quality furnishings - big comfy sofas, huge bed, good cooking facilities, nice shower, and lots of outside seating too. Newly installed aircon heating/cooling; this worked well together with the fireplace to take the chill off cooler winter evenings (and would no doubt keep you cool in the summer heat). The view from the casita over Soller town and the surrounding mountains is stupendous, and if you can tear yourself away from that view the casita is very well placed for walking on the many local footpaths - straight from the door, or a short drive away (or cycle ride - two bikes are provided). The access road is fairly narrow (not unusual on Mallorca), but a small hire car can manage to negotiate it with care (we hired a Ford Fiesta - about the maximum size for the road) - but you do get the privacy and the view at the end of it - and a dark starry sky at night; the Geminid meteor shower was spectacular! Maria and Fina were very friendly and welcoming - thank you.

Fantastic Terrace & View

We had a wonderful holiday here. The best feature is the large terrace with lots of seats, tables and umbrellas. The view over the valley to Soller is fantastic. The house is decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. It was definitely the best property we have rented in Europe. Communication with Maria was always very fast and helpful. We would highly recommend this property for a holiday in Majorca.

Ausblick

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt ein wenig den Hang hoch, der Weg dorthin ist eigentlich mit dem Auto nicht zu schaffen für Flachlandnorddeutsche( das kann nur Juan!). Wir waren aber eh zum Wandern dort und fanden hier einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Touren. Anschliessend konnte man sich gut in der gemütlichen, modern eingerichteten Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und einem wunderbaren Ausblick über das ganze Tal erholen. Wir haben das gefunden, was wir erhofft hatten und würden immer wieder dorthin fahren!

Perfekte Lage

Einfach eine tolle Ausgangslage für die Berge. Auch mal direkt vom Haus losgehen! Der wunderbare Blick auf die Bergkulisse von der Terrasse. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich. Beim 2. Besuch haben wir nun auch den ebenso netten Partner kenne gelernt. - Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet! - Mühsam ist die enge Auffahrt, aber sie ist kurz. Gewöhnungsbedürfig bleibt der Qualm von den Feuern, in denen Gartenschnitt verbrannt wird, der leider nicht trocken ist, aber das ist nicht nur in Soller ein Problem. Schade!

Die schönsten Tage

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben auf einer Terrasse am Hang etwas oberhalb der Talsohle von Sóller und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Anfahrt mit einem kleinen Fiat 500 über die enge und gewundene Zufahrt war kein Problem. Das für Mallorca typische Natursteinhaus ist gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestatten und es finden sich allerhand weiter nützliche Dinge in den Schränken, die in einem Ferienhaus sehr hilfreich sind. Zwischenzeitlich wurde von Maria das Haus einmal gründlich gereinigt und das Bett frisch bezogen. Abschließend wurde unser vergessener Rucksack nachgesendet. Wir haben uns auch Dank der großen Terrassen-Couch unter der Pergola sehr wohl gefühlt. Das abendliche Spektakel des Lichtspiels auf das uns umgebende Tramuntana Gebirge hat uns täglich begeistert. Abschließend möchten wir uns noch bei Maria für das geschmackvolle und mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtete Haus bedanken.

Grosser Auftritt...wenig Wahrheit !

Wir waren vom 23.6.24-10.6.24 in dem Objekt. Die Vermieterin hat uns vorher 3x wegen der Anfahrt gewarnt ! Wir dürfen nur ein ganz kleines Auto haben...Mit Recht ! Das Haus liegt hinter Soller am Berghang.Die letzten 400 m sind extrem gefährlich ! Mit einer Fahrbahnbreite von 1,95-2,14 Metern nur für sichere Fahrer und kleine Autos zu machen !!!! Das Haus hat keinen ! Garten. Um die ca. 20 cm. dicke Kiesterrasse herum ist Schotter-Lehm-Gelände mit Unkraut. Es gibt keinen Grill , keine Feuerstelle , nichts für Kinder. Der Schotterplatz geht in einen wilden Abhang über. Es gibt keine Umzäunung ! Die Fotos vom Haus sind nicht aktuell. Wo der Esstisch draußen zu sehen ist , ist jetzt eine Sitzecke , die man kaum nutzen kann , das dort entlang immer Wind weht , der besonders Abends so stark ist , das die Hängelampen senkrecht wehen. Der zerbröckelnde Esstisch steht vor der Eingangstür in praller Sonne. Unmöglich dort zu essen. Kein Sonnenschirm ! Nirgends ! Nach 5 Tagen bekamen wir einen Sonnenschirm geliefert , der im Betonständer so schwer ist , das man ihn nicht bewegen kann. Die 2 Metallsonnenliegen stehen also immer frei in praller Sonne ! Die extrem unbequemen Eisenstühle versinken mit den Eisenstabbeinen im Kies und man fällt um. An Sesseln fehlen die Armauflagen. Viele Kissen sind fleckig. Und besonders schlimm ist , das ab 17 Uhr die Mücken einfallen ! Draußen und auch im Haus wird man total zerstochen !!!! Die Küchenausstattung ist mangelhaft. Nirgends Ablagemöglichkeite
