Fantastic location!
The apartment is in a great location on the mountain. Has a fantastic view of the bay and marina. The back porch is awesome. We had a small issue with bugs the first night as apartment was a bit warm. We opened the windows and bugs came in and bit us up all night. Second night was okay as we killed the bugs but was a bit warm to sleep. Overall a great place to stay in Port De Soller if you enjoy a fantastic view.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist schön!Die Wohnung wurde sauber vorgefunden, die Eigentümerin war bei der Ankunft noch vor Ort und mit letzten Reinigungsarbeiten beschäftigt. Wir haben einen Wanderurlaub gemacht und deshalb haben wir die rund 200 Stufen zur Wohnung als zusätzliche Fitnesseinheit genutzt. Bei genauerer Betrachtung ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche funktioniert, ja…Auch muss man den „Besuch“ von etlichen Mosquitos aushalten. Was jedoch besonders ärgerlich ist, ist der Gestank aus dem Duschbecken. Es half kein Nachspülen mit Wasser! Dies und ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir über die Vermietungsagentur reklamiert. Es wurde dann auch schnell reagiert seitens der Agentur. Als Ergebnis erfolgte von der Eigentümerin ein unangekündigter Besuch indem sie ungefragt die Wohnung betrat und dies während unserer Abwesenheit. Wir kamen dann zufällig hinzu und der Gestank wurde auf das Wetter zurückgeführt. Nach dem Motto, wir sollten uns mal nicht so anstellen und die Türe nicht schließen.Nun ja, wir haben uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen und würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Ein tolles Apartment, mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber, inklusive des Gemeinschaftspools, und super ausgestattet. Der Weg nach oben zum Apartment ist nicht ganz ohne, aber die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist diese kleine Anstrengung mehr als wert. Uns hat neben der tollen Lage vor allem auch die Ruhe gefallen, die man dort, etwas abseits des Trubels der Strandpromenade, findet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und unkompliziert. Toll waren auch die bei unserer Ankunft im Kühlschrank bereitstehenden Getränke.Sehr praktisch war die eigene Waschmaschine, die zahlreichen Ventilatoren, das Grill und die Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Hilfreich wäre, wenn auch die Fenster der beiden Bäder mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet wären, denn das hätte uns etliche Mückenstiche erspart. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Montemar 36 in vollen Zügen genossen, und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
