A perfect December retreat

A four night stay in this perfect country retreat. A lovely place to stay and relax. The log fire provided a cozy environment in the cooler evenings and the terrace and gardens were peaceful during the day.

Sensational Ses Llimoneres

Host Magdelena has created a quaint & peaceful retreat centrally located in the heart of Soller valley equidistant from city center and Port de Soller. Added value comes from access to private pool, fruit trees and garden to create your own farm to table experience in serene setting with panoramic views of Tramuntana mountain range - simply stunning. Perfect little villa in every way

Totally taken away on arrival by first impressions as we walked up the drive with the mass of dark pink bourgainvilla over the loggia. Inside was just as delightful with a true Mallorcan feel and all immaculately kept. The pool was brilliant and our two children (6 and 8) spent many a happy hour jumping in and out including that last jump in after our last meal out fully clothed!!! Plenty of towels. Took a couple of days to find the underwater pool lights but so pretty when switched on. Great walks into Soller and Port de Soller and we also did some other walks to Binairaix and Fornalutx. Lovely location for walking from the door. Great restaurants in both Soller and Port de Soller and not too touristy like some other places. Would highly recommend to anyone especially with a young family as they can make a noise without worrying about neighbours who are mainly a donkey and an old cow. It would have been nice to have been supplied with some dish washing liquid and a sponge as we arrived quite late after a long day travelling and had food but nothing to wash up with. And you must try the local shrimps on the BBQ - absolutely yummy. PS we can't wait to go back but need to save up for the airfares first which was the most expensive part of the holiday.

This villa is situated in the prettiest garden which had lots of fresh oranges to pick and enjoy every day at the time we stayed. Fantastic views from the beautiful pool (photos can’t do it justice). The solar powered shower by the pool is handy too. Villa was clean, well equipped and Magdalena was prompt to reply if we had questions. With a car, it’s only 5 mins drive into pretty Soller, similar distance to Port de Soller. Also close to Fortnalutx (10 minute drive) which is gorgeous (so pleased we decided to go on our last evening) - Valdemossa and Deia worth visiting too - the journey to both is spectacular (particularly to Deia with the sea views) though the drive is fairly twisty ! We loved our stay at Ses Limoneres and would definitely return. Thank you Magdalena.

Absolutely great villa. The booking process and check in was very easy. Magdalena contacted me directly for the admin and to check we’d go to the cottage ok. Great location for walking as it’s on one of the routes to Port Soller and lots of other walks from the door. Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Great views. Lots of outside seating. About 30 mins walk from Soller and the port. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful villa in Soller

We had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our family. There is a great pool with beautiful views of the mountains all around - good star gazing! It is a 20/25 minute walk in to central Soller and a very convenient 5 minute drive to Port Soller. Communication with Magdalena was excellent and she really helped us out when my son became unwell. A delightful property, there is a local cockerel and so earplugs help for the mornings :)

Just Perfect

The location is perfect. Walking distance to port and town. The property is well cared for both inside and out. There was a lot of sand in a southerly wind which clouded the pool a little, but the effort put in by Guillem the maintenance guy to clean it was superb. Magdalena, the owner, is very attentive and responds very well to any queries. Overall we can’t fault Ses Limoneres and we will return. Thank you Magdalena

Wir hatten eine super Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ein schönes Haus wo es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben sowohl den Pool als auch den schönen Garten sehr genossen. Das Tal von Sóller ist eh ein Traum. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch bei offenen Fragen oder einem kleinen Problem mit dem Gas war Magdalena immer erreichbar und es wurde schnellstmöglich geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür. Zudem haben wir das Haus sehr sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Kleinigkeiten vorgefunden. Die 14 Tage sind wie im Flug vergangen. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität.

Super séjour, magnifique maison avec un jardin superbement entretenu, nous étions comme dans une bulle au milieu de cette Serra Tramuntana si charmante et spectaculaire ! Nous avons pu profiter de la sublime piscine, des délicieuses tomates et poivrons du potager offerts par le père et l'oncle de Magdalena avec qui nous avons partagé un bref mais très agréable moment. Wunderschöne kleine finca in traumhaftem Garten!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt, der Garten ums Haus herum mit den Olivenbäumen, Orangenbäumen, Palmen, Lavendel und mehr sind ein Traum / man kann einfach nur entspannen dort! Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch innen im Haus ist alles sehr gemütlich und alles da was man braucht! Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm zwischen Soller und Port de Soller. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderschön!

Der Anfahrtsweg vom Flughafen ist schnell und reibungslos - es wurde eine Mautgebühren angekündigt, um durch den Tunnel zu gelangen, von uns aber nicht eingefordert. Spart euch also bitte den Umweg über die sehr schönen, aber sehr steilen Serpentinen. Angekommen wird man direkt von einem gepflegten Parkplatz mit Überdachung für 2 Autos begrüßt und was viel wichtiger ist: überall stehen tollen Orangenbäume, Lavendel blüht und der Pool glitzert einladend! Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und innen hat uns ein frisch geputztes, liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtetes Haus erwartet. Auch der Pool war frisch von Insekten befreit worden. An Einrichtungsgegenstände ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen könnte. Selbst an Tupperboxen und Eiswürfelbehälter wurde gedacht. Das Haus erscheint recht frisch renoviert, ist aber definitiv authentisch gehalten. Eine wirklich schöne, kleine Finca! Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge an der Küste. Soller und Port de Soller sind in jeweils ~5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nach Palma sind es ~30min. Empfehlen können wir die Küstenstraße in Richtung Deia. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere tolle Gastgeberin Magdalena! Sie hat sich direkt erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat und ob wir gut angekommen sind. Sie hat uns auch eine Auswahl an Getränken im Kühlschrank gelassen und war jederzeit zu erreichen. Unser Rückflug ging erst abends und wir konnten unser Check-Out ohne Probleme nach hinten verschieben. Muchas, muchas gracias y hasta pronto!

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick

Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in unserer Finca. Der kontaktlose Check-In-Vorgang und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin haben reibungslos funktioniert. Zur Finca im allgemeinen gibt es zahlreiche positive aber auch einige negative Aspekte festzuhalten. Positiv: - Großer Pool mit einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Berge - Zahlreiche Orangenbäume auf dem Grundstück die es ermöglichen jeden Tag einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft zu trinken - Gepflegter Gesamteindruck Negativ: - sehr laute Nachbarschaft (Hunde haben oft stundenlang in der Nacht gebellt / krähender Hahn im frühen Morgen) - fremde Personen waren unangekündigt auf dem Grundstück während wir im Pool waren - einige Geräte (z.B. Toaster) könnten ersetzt werden - teilweise schlechter Empfang der deutschen Fernsehsender

Kleines Paradies mit Privatsphäre

Es ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gartenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, der Pool sauber. Das Haus ist durch die Gartenanlage und Hecken rundherum sehr privat gelegen. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr gepflegt. Die Wege nach Soller/Port de Soller/Fornalutx sind kurz. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen!

A lovely surprise the house is set in a beautiful garden very relaxing space with a pool. The owner was very accomodating and made our stay very special.
