Beautiful Šolta Island is just a short journey from Split—about 50 minutes by ferry (car and passengers) or only 20 minutes by speedboat (passengers only), making it an easy and scenic escape.

The property is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Rogač ferry port, or a quick drive of only a few minutes. The island’s main village, Grohote, is also close by—reachable within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. There, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a supermarket, local market with fresh produce, post office, ATM, pharmacy, and a medical clinic.

Thanks to its excellent location, the property is easily accessible whether you’re arriving with or without a car.
