The courtyard of the house with swimming pool, barbecue and a beautifully decorated small garden for moments of relaxation is completely fenced and therefore ideal for families with children.



The house is located in a quiet area, just 200 m from the town centre, where you can enjoy a walk and the local gastronomic offer. The ideal excursion destination from the island of Olta is the historic city of Split with numerous sights such as the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, thanks to the good ferry connection.
