The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.
