Very friendly service at check-in. The location is easy to get in and out of. Parking is convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean with nice bedding and pillows. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. Very quiet location off the main roadway.

I stayed at an expensive hotel in Somerset but was not very impressed with my experience. However, I absolutely loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff were friendly, professional, and kind.
