Million Dollar View! Large Lakehouse Over-Looking Lee's Ford Marina

Beautiful, large lake house, overlooking Lee's Ford Marina on Lake Cumberland! Definitely View-Nique!!! Spectacular views and access off all three large decks with patio furniture & large table for enjoying your morning coffee or meals with family . ALL but one bedroom have their own deck access. Fully furnished over 2,800+ sq feet, kitchen has blenders, coffee maker and keurig, enough Fiesta Ware to serve 12 people. There is gas grill for your family BBQ. The main floor consist of living room/dining combo, kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, & one full bath. Lower level has utility room with washer & dryer, full bath, bedroom with a queen size bed with access to deck, family room with Smart TV for streaming and card table, There is also a full size tri-fold memory foam mattress topper in a closet that can be pulled out for guests. The large sofa/sleeper with oversized ottoman can also provide extra sleeping downstairs. Upper Level has two very large bedrooms with walk-in closets that share a full bath. The upper master bedroom has its own private deck overlooking marina. WIFI, Internet Access, smart TV's minutes away from Sorrento's and Lee's Ford Marina, which the house over looks. We are private owners and not a management company, PLEASE be mindful and respectful of our place so we can continue to share it with others. NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS AND NO EVENTS ALLOWED.

Great home to stay in if you’re visiting Lake Cumberland and Lee’s Ford Marina. Loved that it had bedrooms and baths on 3 levels so we all had our privacy. Well stocked kitchen a big bonus!

We enjoyed the view, the layout of the home, and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. The home is well maintained and the owners were easily accessible for answers to questions about the internet and thermostats. Unfortunately, the internet was out during our visit but on the plus, it made our family talk to each other

Absolutely wonderful.

Tha house and the view are exceptional. Comfortable and everything we needed for a great week with 10 family members. Lots of room to be together and still plenty of room to relax alone. Terri was great to work with and the view of the marina and the lake was beautiful. Very easy to get to the boat dock to enjoy boating.

Enjoyed our first stay at Lake Cumberland. House was very accommodating for 6 adults and 3 children, and bedrooms on all 3 levels helped spread out the grandchildren. Communication with Terri was smooth before and during the trip. And yes, the view from the decks was awesome!!!

Nice home. Host very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for 8. We had trouble with grill. It really needs a good cleaning. Also dryer didn’t work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house and great location for a lake trip!

We rented a pontoon for the day from Lee's Ford and this place was a perfect location. It was only about 5 minutes away and overlooked the marina. It was very clean and spacious and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Lake Cumberland Gem

Our family had the best time at lake Cumberland with staying here. The house is close to the marina making trip back and forth easy and with it coming with a parking spot for you’re boat you really can’t beat this setup! House was beautiful and an amazing view. Working with Terri was easy and they are very responsive with any questions. We will likely be back to visit!

Nice stay!

Very nice stay, beautiful view and plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 6 children. Updated electronics and comfortable beds. Only issue we found was a large amount of ants in the kitchen. When doing dishes or preparing meals they were all over the place. We didn’t do a lot of cooking otherwise it may have been more of a nuisance.
