Space: Casa Eva, in the heart of the Val Verzasca is located at an altitude of 850 metres, is heated sustainably with a beautiful fireplace and a warm pellet stove which are located in the common areas on the ground floor and create a special atmosphere for convivial and sharing moments . At the discretion of the guests, a free contribution for the wood and pellets used is welcome. The kitchen and services reflect the spirit of the house, essential. The house has not been distorted with respect to its original appearance at the end of the 19th century; it has been furnished with simplicity and taste, enhancing the original furniture, restored with care and respect. Outside, the house enjoys a beautiful Barbecue area and relaxation activities in complete tranquillity. Guest access: Possibility of private parking in front of the house, for 4 cars. Bus stop 50 meters from the house! Small market and ATM within walking distance and possibility to buy typical products of the valley. A beautiful playground for the joy of children (and parents :) in the square in front of the house. Proximity to a restaurant, pizzeria, food truck and typical Ticino grottos!
