With a stunning outdoor space encircled by old-growth native oaks, the pool and hot tub make a natural gathering place for a tenant to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Luxurious cabana furniture, outdoor kitchen, dining area and fire pit offer ambiance and options for outdoor entertainment.
Exquisite finishes are enjoyed throughout the home. From natural stone and hardwood floors to expansive, light-filled windows, and high-end appliances in the gourmet kitchen, this newly constructed property is a beautiful backdrop in wine country.
Gather in the great room which offers a variety of furnishings including a pool table, large flat screen TV, and table for card games, puzzles and more…all with views of the beautiful grounds just beyond the glass doors.
With 4 bedrooms and a sitting loft upstairs, there are many options for sleeping arrangements and privacy. The master suite has a generous, two-sink vanity and "his" and "hers" options with a walk-in shower on one side and a large soaking tub on the other. Natural stone and tile plus beautiful outdoor views make this a spa-like experience. An outdoor terrace sits off the master bedroom for early morning and sunset views.
