Entrance. Kitchen (1.52x3.5): 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Living room (3.53 x 3.46) (1 sofa bed) opening onto a closed loggia (3.27x1.91) serving as a dining area, view of the ocean. Bedroom (2.99 x 3.07): 1 bed 160 - Bathroom (2.47x1.64): bath, washbasin and WC. The entire floor of the flat is made of sea rush
Pets not allowed. Air parking common to the whole residence.
The joys of the beach on foot and of the sunset from the loggia. Simple set.
Ideal location 200m from the central beach and its nightlife: restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Household linen is not included in rentals. Out of season, provide heating package. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
