HOSSEGOR PLAGE - Facing supervised beaches, pleasant part of a house with a south-facing terrace. Classified 1* in 2025 by the CDT.

Main room with fitted kitchen area (2.26 x 3.2): ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Living room (4.7 x 3.8) opening onto the South terrace: 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
Bedroom (2.3 x 3.2): 2 single beds.
Shower room (1.43 x 2.05): shower, sink and WC.
Small sandy garden by the sea. Possibility to drive a car into the driveway.

Very good location. Only the street to cross for access to the "Notre-Dame" beach and the nearby South beach - The beach on foot and the sunny terrace allow you to spend a pleasant holiday. Ideal for 2 people.
Household linen is not included in rentals. Out of season, provide heating package, contact us. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
