Séjour extraordinaire dans un endroit calme et près de tout. Nous avons adoré. Seul petit bémol concernant la literie, il y avait seulement qu’un petit drap très mince pour dormir.

Propre, idéalement situé (a 10 min du centre, gare…)
Très bien pour une famille de quatre.

Tres bon rapport qualité/prix
Publié le 4 nov. 2021 sur HotelsRécupération des clés à l'endroit indiqué par mail. Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué que les petits déjeuners étaient disponibles mais comme nous n'avons vu personne au check in, nous ne savons toujours pas comment il aurait fallu faire pour les avoir.
Sinon, chambre propre et tres bien placée.

Good location, very good room
Publié le 6 août 2021 sur Hotels* Well located just a few minutes walk from the main street, Corso Italia and the city center. Around 10 minutes walk from the train station.
* The room is nicely decorated and spacious. There's a kitchen corner with good coffee machine. The bathroom is also nice, but the toiletries could be better to match the level of niceness and quality of the room. Toiletries provided are in small sachets, not easy to use the soap and shampoo and not eco-friendly. Perhaps consider soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower?
* There's a washing machine in the hallway which is convenient and useful for long trip. I noticed later that it's allowed to be used between 9:00-19:00 which is usually the time that people are outside exploring and wouldn't spend time doing laundry (when you are visiting/travelling). Yes, we should keep the noise down at night to not bother the neighbors, but wouldn't the limit at 22:00 be more reasonable?

Geat value for money.

We stayed for 7 nights using the apartmnet as a base to explore the Amalfi coast, only downside is the balcony is over looked so not very private but all in all great value for money for waht we used the apartment for.

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

Hi, sorry to read this review. We work hard to make our guests happy, but I need to clearify that in this property we have 5 small apartments each one with kitchenette, balcony and private bathroom. It's clearly written in our self check in procedure (you received one on Expedia and one on your e mail) how to reach the property and at least 2 phone numbers in case you need help. Nowhere we mentioned to have a swimming pool or that breakfast was included. The swimming pool is nearby, NOT FOR FREE but can be used by all our guests in SUMMER SEASON (you stayed with us in November) It's also quite clear in the Expedia description. We never got the chance to clean your apartment during your stay, because the NOT DISTURB sign was on every single day during your stay. For your next bookings I suggest you to read exactly you're booking. My best regards.
