Staff was excellent… Food in the restaurant was good… would be nice to have real coffee in the room… also, more towel hooks but not in the shower… and a shelf in the shower for your face wash and razor… But otherwise the room was nice…

Our room had a balcony with a lovely view over the water. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. It’s an easy 20 mins walk into Sorrento or you can get the bus. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend this hotel, we would stay again.

Rooms were fairly clean and very eco friendly. Not bad in terms of size. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Be prepared for back problems. Also I was charged a cancellation fee after having two reservations since I noticed the price went down before my stay. Despite the fact that I canceled my first reservation when I made my new reservation and provided the hotel with my cancellation email, they still charged me one nights stay as a cancellation fee. I basically paid to stay one night in the same room twice. There was a lot of back and forth between front desk and back office. Never a manager to speak with. Overall this was a big inconvenience. Would not stay again.

Had an enjoyable stay at So Lifestyle! Our room was clean with a pretty view. My only complaint is that the doors are very thin, we could hear people walking/talking in the hallway in the very early morning hours.

Our stay was extremely pleasant at So’ Lifestyle. Greeted with very pleasant service and smiles on arrival as well as throughout our stay. Breakfast options were great for what we needed and available during our early and late morning starts throughout the holiday. The pool was closed for a couple of days for maintenance however we were promptly taken care of by allowing us to use the sister hotel pool and facilities at no extra cost or inconvenience. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of sorrento however there are lots of good restaurants within a 5 min walking distance of the hotel - shoutout to Il Ruttino, we went there 3 times during our visit as the food and service was amazing!! This was recommended by the hotel again so massive thank you.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, but it’s quite far from the city. If you don’t mind walking about 20 minutes each way to reach the city center, it could work for you. However, if you want to save time and be closer to shops, restaurants, ferries, and boat departures, I would recommend staying somewhere nearer to the center. We stayed here for three nights but eventually decided to transfer to a hotel closer to the city center. Although it cost us more, we were much happier with the location. The pool at this hotel is also quite small.

Rooms are really well appointed, spotlessly clean and the high technology spec all works well. The pool area is excellent too with plenty of beds and shade available. The pool staff are very good indeed. The staff in the hotel are also good, there are clearly a few newer staff in the restaurant that are still learning, and the more senior staff on reception etc are excellent, especially Antonia who was so helpful with her recommendations etc. We found the restaurant and bar area to be soulless however, with no atmosphere. Although it was super clean and had a good choice of items on the menu and at breakfast, it just felt like somewhere you didn’t want to stay for too long. I think the hotel could do much more here eg encourage customers to have drinks before going out for dinner,and maybe a nightcap before bed. It just didn’t feel like a bar, or a restaurant, it was more like a clinical space than a social space. I hope this helps as it is a great hotel overall.

Pleasant stay in a modern hotel

Stay was pleasant, great pool surroundings and staff were friendly and helpful (especially with bus to airport recommendation). Breakfast was good, especially providing gluten free options. The hotel has made a conscious attempt to be modern which we enjoyed but there were some faults such as the electronic blinds being temperamental, rooms were not very soundproofed and we were woken up by others moving around in their rooms, closing doors and scraping chairs across the floor. Unfortunately the hotel did not accommodate our request to use facilities to freshen up on our last day as we were not flying home until late - they suggested we use the open shower by the pool. We would have paid a fee to use a room for an hour if this had been an option, but we were informed we’d have to pay a full nights rate if we wanted to do this.

Great place to stay

They were very friendly and accommodating! We drove there, and the hotel parking was easy, and they let us leave the car there after we checked out for the day to explore the rest of the coast. It was the perfect distance from the center of town, and we loved our stay. The only thing that could have made it better was longer pool hours! Definitely a memorable experience and trip.

Everything was great! The property was very clean, amenities were spot on. There was cold air blowing throughout the entire property. The staff, from front desk to pool servers and everyone in between was friendly and helpful! We will be back next time we are in Sorrento!
