THE PROPERTY:
When your group books Laguna Oasis, the entire compound is yours — no other guests, no shared spaces, no compromises. Three buildings. Nine rooms. One private paradise.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom, for a total of 24 guests across 9 rooms. If your group is smaller but still wants this amazing space exclusively, reach out to us — we may be able to offer you a better rate.

THE ROOMS:
The property features 9 individually designed rooms spread across three buildings, all with pillow-top beds and AC. Building A offers three king rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. Building B features three rooms: a standout king suite with a private ensuite and bathtub, Smart TV; a queen room with a shared bathroom; and a king suite with a private sitting area and balcony access, also sharing a bathroom with the queen room. Building C houses the property's premier Family Suite on the second level — two king beds plus one queen, a kitchenette, lounge area, private ensuite, and Smart TV, ideal for families or groups wanting extra space — alongside two additional king rooms, one configured with an extra queen bed, both with private ensuites and Smart TVs. Every room is designed with boutique-level comfort and a natural, relaxed aesthetic.

THE POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES:
At the heart of the property, a stunning pool with waterfall features is open 24/7. Lounge chairs, towels, and poolside relaxation are always ready. A separate shaded plunge pool tucked under a cana roof offers a cool, intimate retreat from the Caribbean sun. The covered outdoor dining terrace overlooks the pool and comfortably seats the entire group — perfect for long Caribbean dinners, morning coffee, and everything in between. A fire pit anchors the evenings. The expansive lawn invites friendly competitions with a soccer net and basketball hoop.

Add our all-you-can-drink package for any or all days of your stay (minimum 2 days & 10 guests) and a dedicated bartender takes care of everything — unlimited drinks, water, and ice included for those days. Prefer to stock your own spirits and set your own pace? The bar setup is yours to use. A bartender can also be added as a standalone service.

Laguna Oasis features a private pickleball court with full evening lighting — so the competition doesn't have to stop when the sun goes down.

WELLNESS CENTER & INFRARED SAUNA:
For guests looking to restore as much as they play, the on-site wellness center and infrared sauna offer a true resort-level recovery experience. Group yoga sessions are available for a fee in the yoga yurt.

THE KITCHEN:
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. Working with every group ahead of arrival, our culinary team builds a fully customized meal plan (minimum 2 days & 10 guests) — from American breakfast packages to full all-inclusive dining with themed nights featuring local Dominican cuisine, fresh Caribbean seafood, and international fare, all prepared by your private on-site chefs. Guests who prefer to cook for themselves are welcome to use the gourmet kitchen.
