We live in a 5 bedroom villa with 2 apartments/guesthouses with about 600sqm (6458sqft) in total on our 4100sqm (1 acre) property.
Here we offer a cozy one bedroom apartment/guesthouse with separate entrance for short- and long-term rent.

It has a size of about 484sqft (45sqm). The bedroom with queen size bed has a ceiling fan, bathroom with hot water shower, kitchen with stove and big fridge, living room with a queen-size sofa-bed (bathroom access through bedroom), ceiling fan, cable TV and FREE Internet access.

On our property we want to be as independent and self sustaining as possible. In daytime we produce therefore our own electricity with solar panels to run the whole property - especially all high energy consuming devices like well/pool pump, etc. Also most of the hot water is produced with a solar water heater. With having an ecological home we can help the environment and have the advantage of having electricity even when there are power blackouts (which happens unfortunately more often in the Dominican Republic than in other countries).

Our guests have access to our whole property and all amenities.
People love to sit directly outside the apartment, use one of the covered terraces with a dining table for up to 10 people and a lounge area, sunbathe around the huge pool or relax in the garden with tropical plants and flowers on our 4100sqm (1 acre) property. If you come with a vehicle you can also use our parking lots on the property.
You can order your breakfast and/or a delicious 'À la carte'-meal from a private chef (Altagracia) if you don't want to eat out or cook by yourself.

Cleaning the apartment and changing linen and towels once per week (after 7 days) is included.
If you need more towels, want cleaning service more often or a maid for cooking/washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen, this can be arranged (Extra cost - Please ask for price).

Many toilets around the world - including those in the Dominican Republic - can't handle toilet paper, please understand the system is just not made for it, and instead a bin beside the toilet is provided for you to discard your used paper. Flushing it is a force of habit for those of us used to it, but this could actually block the toilet or the (bad) sewage system.


- Guest sleeping on the sofa-bed have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom.
