Jasmin was excellent, always available and communicated well. The owner communicated well also. We felt the kitchen was lacking in needed supplies for cooking. Shower water was very hot for about a minute and then cold. Two bedrooms flooded during a rain storm due to a broken drain on the roof. Jasmin helped us get food at the grocery store since the area was flooded! Jasmin was right on getting out flooded rooms cleaned up. Our bedroom sliding door would not close and we were told it would get repaired but that didn’t happen. Not a huge issue since the curtain covered the window and it was second floor. The outdoor space was awesome with a large table under the pavilion. The upper pool is not a hot tub as we thought. Beware of stray dogs barking at night. We loved that each room had a key. The bathrooms need more towels. The owner was kind enough to allow us to bring other kids over to swim in the pool. We loved that each room had its on A/C unit.
