Schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Strand und Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem der Pool ist toll. Man hat uns nett empfangen und zur Abreise war direkt jemand da um die Schlüssel zu übernehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Aufgefallen ist uns nur das viele Häuser offensichtlich verlassen sind. Wir waren ganz oft in der Siedlung allein unterwegs. Also Ruhe satt. Im Ortskern war es anders, dort war viel Betrieb.

Location sympathique et agréable mais qui mérite tout de même un petit rafraîchissement Le matériel électroménager est suffisant pour 4 à 6 personnes Le jardin et la piscine sont indispensable dans cette location car je pense qu’en saison haute Soulac comme toutes les villes de plage doit être compliqué pour y vivre et se retrouver au calme a son importance Cordialement

Le temps a été magnifique et l’on a pu profiter pleinement de la plage et de la piscine Étant hors saison c’était très calme et reposant par contre je pense qu’en pleine saison cela ne doit pas être le cas Il y a un bon restaurant à Soulac les chiens fous où la cuisine est très bonne et l’accueil chaleureux

Excellente maison avec piscine

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans une maison impeccable avec une belle piscine. La plage et centre-ville Soulac avec restaurants et magasins à quelques minutes à pied. Hôte accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons!

Une maison parfaite pour un séjour parfait !! La maison est très accueillante !! Ultra équipée (électroménager, couverts, mobilier extérieur...) rien ne manque dans cette belle maison ! Très bonne literie aussi ! Proche du centre ville (5min à pieds) elle se situe dans une rue très très calme. Le jardin est très joliment aménagé et fleuri. Emilie nous a extrêmement bien reçu à notre arrivée. Très serviable et disponible 👍. Nous recommandons cette villa et cet hôte à 100%

Vacances à l'Ocean

Troisième séjour dans cette villa dans laquelle on sent l'empreinte de la famille. Tout reste ouvert et à disposition ! Les enfants ont eu du mal à s'extraire de la piscine chauffée pour aller parfois à la plage. Joli jardin très bien entretenu.

Clean homely villa with great location

Wonderful stay here in Soulac! This little villa was perfect, easy to get to and explore from. The pool was lovely, and very private deck area too. I think comfortably it's better for 4 people although would accommodate 6 with the sofa bed readily. It's well equipped and is furnished rather charmingly with seaside decor. Good communication with the owner leading up to my stay too! I would definitely recommend this villa, a very relaxing stay :)
