Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 1.2 km, sandy beach 250 m. Nearby attractions: Royan (par le bac) 19 km.
