The 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms house is located on top the bluff with amazing views of the Long Island Sound - This is our Waterfront Heaven.
Set in a quiet neighborhood, the house is located on the bluff, almost 100 feet above sea level, it is facing the sea and the views are breathtaking.

Whether you're coming to visit family in the area, attending a wedding / event, going on Vineyard and Winery Tours and visiting Farms along the North Fork (Just 20 min. drive) or simply want to enjoy the beach and the views, our house offers the perfect setting.
And yes, if you decide to work remotely from home and feel like you're on the beach, we are set up for it with water views from every room in the house, fast internet connection & strong WiFi connection.

The beach in our town, along the north shore of long island, is one of the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. It is stretches for miles with no interruptions - true heaven for nature, sea life and birds. Views and scenery is beautiful around the entire year. Fishing, Kayaking (we share our Kayak & Paddle Board!), Sailing, Surfing, Swimming, Bird watching, Fly your kites....visit the nearby Wineries, Farms, Water Park, Beaches and much more.
Watch the seals in the winter, cook in our fully equipped kitchen, play in the yard, let the kids enjoy the swing set, watch movies and warm up by the fireplaces, play Air-Hockey / Ping-Pong or Pool in the family room ....or just relax with a good book., fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves.

The house was renovated in 2013 and again just recently in 2024 by the owner who's an architect. A new house addition was added in 2014, separated by a door at the lower level (common wall) Complete privacy is provided between the two units, each with its own front and rear yard and each with its own private decks. This rental unit has a very functional open floor plan on the main entry level and another full level below it.

The Living room space includes a fireplace / Dining & Kitchen which are all on the main entry floor, opening up to a deck which wraps around the house - all facing the sea. The house interiors is beautifully decorated with clean and simple lines, still keeping the space airy and cozy for your group to socialize.

The house includes 4 Bedrooms, a LR/ Kitchen / Dining room, a family room, utility room and 2 full bathrooms as the following:

Entry level (Upper Level):
Guest Room 1 (Queen size bed, a Trundle Bed and a Sofa Bed).
Guest Room 2 (Queen Size Bed, Sofa Bed + Trendle Bed & additional inflated mattress if needed).
Dining / kitchen w/ island & Living Room with a fireplace.
A full bathroom with a bathing tub / shower.
This floor opens to an exterior wrap around deck with BBQ (propane) and outdoor seating, which is facing the sea & a swing set for kids at front yard, with ample space for an inflated pool and other games / toys.

Lower Level:
A Family / Play Room w/ 3-in-one table with Ping Pong / Air Hokey / Pool, games and a TV w/ an open seating area & a Fire Place.
The Family Room is spacious and can sleep additional 2 on couches or on inflated mattress.
2 Bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. One bedroom is facing the 2 face fireplace. The other bedroom has the option of using the 2nd bathroom exclusively or share it with the other bedroom on this level). The full bathroom has a double sink and a shower.
We also have a Pack & Play which you can locate in any of the rooms, should you want to sleep a baby.
The lower Level opens to a wooden deck and a sun tanning deck and a yard facing the sea. Washer & Dryer are located in the lower level Utility Room.

The walk down to the private beach is located 2-3 min. walking distance down the road from the house. There's a life guard watching over a swimming designated area during the summer months and you can choose to stay anywhere you choose along the beach, which never gets very crowded.

The house is getting sanitized and cleaned with antibacterial products for 3-4 hours prior to check-in.

Policies:
• 28 Nights Minimum
• $270.00 Cleaning Fee - The house will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival and after your checking out. Additional Cleaning is available for $2700 per visit.
• $400 per stay or $100 per night per pet - We allow for SMALL dogs on the property. The pets should be kept off any carpet, furniture & beds. All pet waste should be picked up from yards. Pets are allowed on the beach between 7pm - 9am and must be leashed. Dogs can play on the deck and in the fenced yard.
• Total Rental Rate - 50% due at initial reservation deposit & the balance at least 30 days prior to the first day of rent.
• The property requires self-cleaning & trash removal prior to departure / check-out.
• Family oriented. Min. age for rental: 25
Parties and / or events over 15 persons are NOT Allowed.
