En arrivant à l’hôtel, la réception a été très désagréable et m’affirmant que l’hôtel est complet qu’il n’avait aucune réservation et que l’hôtel ne travail plus avec le site… pourtant tout a bien été réservé depuis plus de 2 mois, facture et réservation a l’appui. Après une attente de 3h, des échanges houleux, on me donne une chambre sale… à fuir

Guten tag ! Vielen Dank für ihr bemühen, ich war im hotel ich dachte habe ich eine Zimmer mit mein Sohn reserviert ich haber soga die Bestätigung aus gedruckt sie hatten mir gesagt das nicht mehr mit euch arbeiten und unsere Namen waren noch nicht mal im System sie hatten uns leider wegen geschickt
