This property was clean and comfortable. Everything was tidy and was good for what I needed. Only thing I would say as a negative was that it was a lot further down the road than I was told. It is most definitely NOT 300m from the Cleopatra hotel on the main road.

Apartment in Hamman Sousse, Tunisia at Rue Mamoud and Impass El Halzm This nice safe and secure apartment on the first floor (2nd in North America) is nicely laid out with convenient features; large sitting room with flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and window seating greets you as you enter and pass into a kitchen divided into two separate areas for eating and preparation. A four piece bath off the hallway is accommodating and up-to-date. The bedroom is large with a firm, clean, comfortable double bed (matrimonial) and more than enough storage space for whatever travels with you. The cupboards are large and clean. The hot water is quick and dependable, the radiator heat in cooler days is quiet and keeps the place warm and cozy. Marble and tile predominate the floors and walls. A new WiFi modem provides dependable internet access. Amenities include microwave, coffee maker, full functioning bathroom and a good refriegerator. Anything you need is a short walk away. The shops of Hammam Souse provide for every need, and there is a Monoprix within walking distance as well. This is not in the tourist area but in an up and coming neighbourhood. Very quickly you settle into a residential life here and will be greeted by the very friendly people with whom you share this area. You will be surprised by how friendly and helpful everyone is to you. It is a safe location with easy access to many places either by taxi, bus and best of all, the louage; 8 person buses that travel prescribed routes and pick up and drop off as needed. They are fast, efficient and fun. To travel from Hammam Sousse to Centre Ville is a mere 600 Mille, that's 1/10th of a dinar. The owner is attentive to your needs and is ever diligent to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. He is professional, helpful and kind. There is also an on-site manager to assist with any concerns you may have during your residence. If you are planning to stay a couple of weeks or a couple of months, you will most likely find this a wise choice and be as delighted as I have been. If I were to return, I would not hesitate to stay at this property. John Roberts

.......Supernetter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zum Vermieter, einfache Buchung und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Das Appartment ist großzügig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Ein Ansprechpartner (französisch sprechend) ist ständig vor Ort, ansonsten steht auch gerne telefonisch der Vermieter mehrsprachig zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Apartments ist in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse der Rue Mamoun einer Querverbindung zwischen Avenue 14 Janvier und der P1. Im direkten Umfeld sind ausreichend kleine Lebensmittelläden, Kioske, Fast-Food-Möglichkeiten für die Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Lebens. Zum größeren Supermarkt Monoprix und zum Strand sind es ca. 15min., zur Louage-Station Hamman-Sousse ca 10min zu Fuß. Ein Taxi bekommt man eigentlich fast immer „direkt“ vor Haustür. Wer abseits des üblichen Hotel- und Touristenrummels seinen Urlaub individuell, in eigener Regie und ungestört verbringen möchte ist hier an der richtigen Adresse....Auch der zweite, wenn auch sehr kurze Aufenthalt war wieder sehr angenehm.......

Super Sejour à Sousse

Mon mari et moi même avons passé un séjour de 1mois dans l'appartement de Raouf qui était exactement comme décrit sur le site, l'appartement est très joli et depuis 10 ans maintenant que nous passons tout nos mois de septembre a Sousse c'est vraiment le premier que l'on a trouvé qui est tel que mis sur le site, propre et très bien entretenu, la mer a coté et les commerces tous très proches ainsi que de formidable petits restaurants. Raouf, le propriétaire, est resté très distrait et pourtant toujours là des une demande, quand nous sommes arrivés la télé rencontrait quelques problèmes et bien le jour même il a été chercher le matériel qu'il fallait ainsi qu'un technicien et tout a été résolu avant la fin de la journée, il est tout simplement formidable et toujours a l'écoute, il nous à même demandé de lui dire, si nous avions des propositions pour que l'appartement qui est déjà au top et bien soit toujours encore mieux et il ne ménage jamais son temps , afin de toujours faire mieux pour ces locataire. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement, pour un séjour au calme tout en ayant tout à porté de main et Raouf nous de remercions encore pour ton accueil si chaleureux et ta gentillesse tout au long de ce mois passé, tu est vraiment une personne avec un cœur immense et tu ne ménage jamais ta peine pour toujours faire tout ce que tu peux pour le confort et levbien être de tes locataires et tu as été formidable avec nous et si nous avions pus nous serions volontiers rester beaucoup plus longtemps et c'est avec une grande impatience que nous avons hâte d'être au mois de septembre 2016, pour revenir passer nos vacances dans ta location. Nous tenons également à remercier Anoir, ton coussin qui nous a guidé sur le cite et pour son chaleureux accueil à l'aéroport ainsi que notre transport avec lui de l'aéroport à l'appartement, merci a tous les deux et nous espérons à très très bientôt. C'est un superbe séjour, l'appartement est superbe propre et bien situé tout près de plusieures commerces (Restaux, fast food, epiceries...etc) LE propriétaire est très sympat et serviable et veille sur le repos de ses clients. Ca serai bien de changer les anciens TV par des LED ou LCD et ajouter un 2éme climatiseur dans les chambres à coucher. Dans l'ensemble le séjour était super.

Der TV hatte nicht funkti...

Der TV hatte nicht funktioniert und die Heizung im Bad und in der Küche ebenfalls nicht. Wurde von uns vor Ort gemeldet, aber nicht repariert, nur der TV wurde ausgetauscht. Der Strand ist weiter entfernt als angegeben. Das Wohnzimnmer ist ungemütlich, da keine Chouch darin ist. Und in der Küche ist zu wenig Besteck, ein Dosenöffner wäre sehr hilfreich. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, das war sehr gut und Fast Food und Restaurants. Die Sammeltaxis waren weiter entfernt, man musste ca. 12 Minuten die Straße runter laufen und Abends wieder zurück. Ansonsten war es sehr preiswert für den Zeitraum Dezember und relativ sauber. Herr M. war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend, der Herr vor Ort, hat am gar nicht beachtet.
