2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

Good location and nice stay. We were not there much but it was perfect when we were there. The communication with the host was the best I have had. Shower water pressure was amazing! Thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Game Day Stay
I reserved this for my son and husband, who are huge Notre Dame fans. They said the apt was nice and clean. The bedroom could bendarker due to an outside light, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Worked for our purpose but . . .
Location great. A nice longer stroll to restaurants and ND. Condition of the property, however, was a little rough around the edges. A little investment in the property could substantially improve one's stay. Small investment suggestions: tea, wine glasses, scissors, ice cube trays, a rolling kitchen cart (to put coffee maker on), chest of drawers or shelves in bedroom. Larger investment: fix/replace blinds (especially in bedroom), exhaust fan in bathroom, replace black couch, fix bathroom door (doesn't shut completely), flushing of toilet (funky). The check out instructions were detailed and links provided by the mgr. were very useful. Appreciated those! Fact of the matter is SB is expensive on a game weekend so we were happy to find a reasonably priced property.

Dangerous thresholds in the unit
Couches were the worst I ever sat on.
The kitchen is basically unusable.
I don't think I will ever use AirB&B again.

5 day trip -adult and teens
We were in town for an event at ND. The property was a great location for us. Parking was great and there was enough space for an adult and two teens. The stairs were a little tight getting up with our larger items but we had everything we needed and we felt safe during our stay.

A great stay
This was a good experience. Nothing fancy and some odd tv wires coming out of the wall which were quite a mess. Folding metal chairs for the kitchen table dresses the place way down. Everything you need though - very well equipped! Security felt really safe especially since itâs on the edge of a bit of a sketchy neighborhood on one side and a very nice area on the other but I never felt unsafe. If you are old school and just know how to watch local tv you will need a tutorial cause you have to have An app for that! But honestly Iâd stay here again and Iâd recommend it
