5 bed 2 bath house located at very nice and safe neighborhood. 25 min walk to Notre Dame Stadium, close to restaurant , super market , and everything. Convenient and easy access.

Fully fenced back yard with patio and patio furniture, fire pit, grill.

2 bedroom and 1 full bath at main floor, 2 bedroom and 1 full bath at basement, 1 bedroom at 2nd fl. Living room with 50in smart TV. Another 40 in smart TV in basement for kids play video game. Can play dart in basement.

Mop and blooms are in the basement. Cleaning stuff is under the sink.
If you stay on Sunday night, please move green trash bin to the curb, trash day is Monday.
