The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and we did have to slightly clean the jets of the hot tub ( brown smudges and flakes ). After that was taken care of, it was a nice see tree at.

The room wreaked of stale smoke. It must’ve been a smoking room at one point in time & is in deep need of deep cleaning whatever the smell is trapped in. It was like sleeping in an ashtray, had we not arrived in the middle of the night due to airplane issues, I would have asked to switch rooms. The staff was very friendly & nice. The breakfast area & lobby were nice & decorated for the holidays. Didn’t have time for breakfast in the morning but looked on the positive side of standard for this price point from what I could tell. I was charged $150.00 deposit that took 3 weeks and a couple days to be refunded to me. That was after I reached out & did not receive a reply but suddenly the refund came 2 days later. I was about to report it to my bank as fraud.

We got a hot tub room. The room was very big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and had alot of options to chose from. They also had a pool and hot tub attached. The only negative thing id could say is the pillows sucked. They were so flat and uncomfortable to use and the mattress are like extra firm. Other than that we had a great experience, will be going back but bring our own pillows

I had a fantastic stay at this Comfort! The first thing I noticed was just how incredibly spacious the room was it felt more like a suite than a standard hotel room. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. ​One of the best parts was the shower; the water was actually super hot, which is rare for many hotels. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, and the hot tub was at a perfect, warm temperature. While the breakfast was your standard hotel fare, it was a solid start to the day. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful through the night.

The room was clean. The room price was $100. I paid online. I arrived to check in, and they informed me they charge a $150 hold on my card in addition to the price of the room. $250 for less than 12 hours at a basic hotel in a basic room is ridiculous. The charge still has not come off my card. Holiday Inn charges only $25 and that’s where I’ll go from now on.

Very nice room. Plenty large for two adult’s and two children. The pool was warm and the hot tub worked! We all enjoyed breakfast that was clean and well stocked. The friendly staff made it very inviting.

The lady with the shaved head was on her phone when i walked in to check in. I walked up and i was patient while she continued to ignore me while she was on her phone(facing my direction) I then greeted her kindly and said i had a reservation with no response other than her saying, "name". I think i upset her during her phone session because she was not happy to be checking me in. I asked for 1st floor because they weren't that busy. She helped secure that for me. I then asked if the room was closer to the end or middle. She said it was in the middle. It was freezing and like 70 mile an hour winds, so we decided to park at the end to be less cold going in. The key didn't work to get in side doors. Burrrr!!!! I went back to the front desk and said the keys aren't working. She then told me the doors are locked after 12. I asked in a joking freezing way, "its freezing, why didn't you let me know?lol" She literally stared through me and didn't say a thing. It felt like forever. She said they do it for safety reasons. I said, "i think that's a good idea, i just wish i would've known" once again. .... Blank stare from her. I then said,"ooooookaaaau then? No my bad, or sorry bout that, or anything? It was the way she treated me the whole time. She did not want to be bothered with me checking in. Most people say no hot water as a complaint. Strangely, there was no cold water. It'is nice when youre thirsty. The room had zero cold water?
