The lady with the shaved head was on her phone when i walked in to check in. I walked up and i was patient while she continued to ignore me while she was on her phone(facing my direction)
I then greeted her kindly and said i had a reservation with no response other than her saying, "name". I think i upset her during her phone session because she was not happy to be checking me in. I asked for 1st floor because they weren't that busy. She helped secure that for me. I then asked if the room was closer to the end or middle. She said it was in the middle.
It was freezing and like 70 mile an hour winds, so we decided to park at the end to be less cold going in. The key didn't work to get in side doors. Burrrr!!!!
I went back to the front desk and said the keys aren't working. She then told me the doors are locked after 12. I asked in a joking freezing way, "its freezing, why didn't you let me know?lol"
She literally stared through me and didn't say a thing. It felt like forever. She said they do it for safety reasons. I said, "i think that's a good idea, i just wish i would've known" once again. .... Blank stare from her. I then said,"ooooookaaaau then? No my bad, or sorry bout that, or anything? It was the way she treated me the whole time. She did not want to be bothered with me checking in.
Most people say no hot water as a complaint. Strangely, there was no cold water. It'is nice when youre thirsty. The room had zero cold water?
