So, Dennis, a main-floor single-family house.
2 bedrooms, 1 and ½ Baths, sleeps 8, WiFi, Streaming TV, AC, W/D.
Hardwood floors, Slider to back deck off the kitchen, gas grill, fire pit.
1st Floor living room has a queen sleep sofa and a ½ bath with W/D.
The 2nd floor has two large bedrooms that sleep six with a Full Bath.
One bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a full-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking in the driveway, quiet neighborhood.
Tenant is responsible for their linens, bath, and beach towels.

The house also has a one-bedroom studio unit with its own entrance at the back of the house, which can be rented separately from the main house if it's available.

(Weekly Bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.)

Perfect cape getaway

This house was clean and well stocked with plates, cooking items, and extra blankets, pillows, etc. Owner was very pleasant to work with and responsive of requests and needs before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!
