Welcome to Mountain Aire, our newly constructed Amish-crafted cabin in South Fork, CO. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views, allowing you to relax and recount the day's adventures in comfort and style. Enjoy the spacious interior, complete with a large chef's kitchen, a relaxing hot tub, and a garage with an EV charger.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a spacious island and an electric cooktop. The large island is perfect for meal prep and entertaining family and friends, making it ideal for creating culinary delights and memorable gatherings.

The main level includes a main bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a dual vanity, a walk-in tile shower, and a smart TV for added convenience and luxury. Another king bedroom on the main level offers a walk-in closet and a smart TV, with mountain views from every window. It is the perfect retreat after a long day of adventures.

Head up the beautifully crafted staircase to the second story, where you will find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for your entire group.

Our outdoor living space is designed to bring your family together. It features a hot tub, a large seating area with an umbrella, a dining table, and a fire pit. As you relax, take in the stunning mountain views. Start or end your day on the handcrafted rocking chairs, watching the sunset over the mountain tops.

For those traveling with an electric car, we have an EV charger and a spacious garage to park your vehicle. The large circular drive is perfect for easy access in and out of the driveway. After a long day at Wolf Creek, hang your snow gear on the ski and snowboard racks in preparation for the next day.

We have surveillance devices on the property for liability and insurance purposes. There are cameras at the front door, the garage door, and the covered back porch.

Whether hiking, fishing, biking, skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, golfing at the Rio Grande Club Golf Course, or catching a play at the Creede Repertory Theatre, the South Fork Collection has your perfect private lodging accommodations.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (it does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We had 9 adults and 3 kids in our group and still have plenty of room. We were very thankfully for the large open kitchen and the big kitchen table. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains. We were a little worried about the hot water when it came to showering since our group was so large but we never once ran out of hot water, even when 8 of us shower back to back. There were some cobwebs and the bottom mattress sheet on the trundle bed was dirty but everything else was great. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen out of any VRBO we have stayed in. We had everything we needed plus more. We also enjoyed the puzzles and the "kids play room" in the bunk bed room on a rainy morning we had during our stay.

We have been staying in this neighborhood for the last 20 years. This was our first time in this wonderful place. There were 4 couples of us who had a great and relaxing time. It had everything that was needed, best equipped kitchen that I have ever had. Just like being at home!

Beautiful home

I can’t recommend this property enough. It is such a beautiful home in a great location. Very well stocked kitchen and beds were super comfy. Loved the fire pit and hot tub too! We didn’t use the bunk rooms but after seeing them I want to bring my son and his family with us next time so they can get some use! Beautifully done and great set up for kids including a little hidy hole for playing. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Ski Week

Six adults spent a week skiing at Wolf Creek. We stayed at Mountain Aire, a 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath new home in South Fork. Everything was exactly as advertised. We watched the Super Bowl on Sunday after skiing, used the Hot Tub after every day of skiing, cooked our meals in the modern kitchen and enjoyed playing cards/games in the evening. It is important to note, that staying on the South Fork side of the Wolf Creek pass is preferable, as traffic from Pagaso Springs can back up, due to crowds and weather. Highly recommend this property, it has everything you may need.

Amazing place!

We loved this home and location! It was perfect for our family. The large bunk room was perfect for our 5 grandsons and the smaller one for our 3 granddaughters! All 3 couples enjoyed their own king beds and baths. It well met our expectations! Easy access and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Family vacay

We absolutely loved this property. It fit the whole family perfectly. It’s an excellent location for fishing and riding. Best part is the amount of bathrooms. Not one time did anyone have to wait there was one always available. This home had everything we needed and more.
