Welcome to 'Koutsoufi', our lovingly restored (2010) traditional Greek house in Tyros. A spacious house in an idylic elevated position with access to mountain footpaths and only a 5-10 minute drive from the beach and the port town of Tyros where one can find all amenities in this traditional fishing port.
Koutsoufi is very much a retreat, a peaceful house, in which is much more than simply a place to sleep. There are two bedrooms, one master bedroom upstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one large guest bedroom downstairs with 2 double beds and one singles and an en-suite and private access to the terrace. Alternative sleeping spaces could be set up on one of the couches too but we recommend a maximum of 7 people. Koutsoufi is much more than a place to sleep - there is a grand piano in the living room, a large pool table, a well equipped kitchen and an outside cooking and eating area on the sea-view terrace. There is a wood-fired bread oven on the terrace and plenty of parking space outside the house. The house has central heating for the Winter as well as two fireplaces and underfloor heating and underfloor cooling and air conditioning for the Summer. The house has a breathtaking view over the bay of Tyros and an impressive panorama of the steep mountain behind.
