Leonidio finds itself embraced by the majestic Myrtoan Sea on one side and bordered by imposing cliffs to the north, with the towering Mount Parnon (Parnonas) standing sentinel from the west. The town is set on a fertile plain, fostering a thriving agricultural community that significantly contributes to the local economy. Citrus fruits, pears, tomatoes, and olives thrive in this fertile soil. Notably, the area is renowned for its prized “tsakonikes” aubergines, holding a protected designation of origin.

Set within the serene landscape, this luxury retreat offers four spacious and meticulously designed bedrooms, each tailored to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation for guests.
First Floor Bedrooms:
• Three expansive bedrooms on the first floor welcome guests with panoramic sea views both from indoors and their large veranda .
• The grand master bedroom boasts a sunlit dressing room with private balcony overlooking the serene orange grove and capturing mesmerizing sunsets. It accommodates an infant or a baby comfortably.
• Two additional bedrooms are adjoined and share a generously sized bathroom.
Ground Floor Bedroom:
• Located on the ground floor, the fourth bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and presents scenic views of the enchanting orange grove and the captivating red rocks.
Bedroom Amenities:
• All four bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds and mattresses installed in 2023, offering the latest in comfort and support.
• High-quality bed linen and towels are provided for a luxurious experience.
• Ample storage is available with large wardrobes furnished with plenty of hangers.
• Additional comforts include armchairs, bedside tables, small desks, and brand new air conditioning units, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the season.
Convenient Facilities:
• Adjacent to the main villa entrance on the ground floor, a guest WC and separate shower room are available, providing a convenient space to freshen up and stay sand-free after a day at the beach.
Additional Bedrooms:
Two smaller bedrooms situated on the second ground floor/basement are not currently available for rent.
