The property is in a nice location and there is a hill for kids to slide down in the snow right outside the cabin. The beds are super cheap and old and could be replaced with better matresses. The kitchen is stocked well with pots, pans, utensils and everything you need to cook and eat. Bring your own spices. Advertisement is a bit misleading. If you search for a place with a hot tub this place will come up because of the hot tub rules. There is no hot tub despite hot tub rules being posted.
