I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. From the moment we entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. We had to open the windows and go to the front desk to request an air freshener, which was provided to us.
However, the service at the reception left much to be desired. The two receptionists on duty did not show willingness or courtesy in their treatment, as they were distracted with their cell phones and did not project a professional attitude toward the guests.
Another serious issue was the condition of the shower. The handle to open and close the water was broken, which made it difficult to use. In fact, I consider this a safety hazard for guests, as I myself burned my hand while trying to close it.
In conclusion, I believe this hotel needs significant improvement both in customer service and in the maintenance of its facilities. Based on my personal experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it until the necessary improvements are made.
