I couldn’t make it to the hotel because of the white out and the closure of all the roads to Lake Tahoe , I called the place well in advance to find out if I could re-schedule or get a credit , they told me may be but has to go through Expedia first and up to now haven’t have a response from either one , worst experience with Expedia , don’t think I will use it again.

Close enough to the Heavenly gondola to walk in ski boots. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Good price. Small hole in the vinyl flooring in the bathroom and thin walls are my only minor complaints. Easy to hear talking in the room Nextdoor. Luckily the neighbors were quiet.

Nothing fancy, but all our need were fulfilled. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Wi-Fi also worked great during our whole stay. Location was very convenient for us, walking distance from city center.

The room was comfortable and all basic things were covered. There was microwave and fridge in the room which was a big plus as we travelled with small kids. The staff was great and helped us whenever we needed. Overall we had a great stay and would be staying again in future.

Surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air, it has that classic lodge charm while still feeling comfortable and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. One of my favorite parts was how peaceful the property felt that you could actually hear the wind in the trees, which made mornings and evenings especially calming.

The room we got was spacious. We brought our own bathroom supplies cuz they only provide soap and shampoo. We stayed on the first floor but the people upstairs were walking around too loud. Overall our stay was great for the price that we paid. Will stay there again.
