This home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 8-person total. Parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

From Cedar Pine Cabin it is just a short walk to the beach, a quick drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, and is close to an array of shops and restaurants. In the Summers, you are also close to Live at Lakeview, a local music and arts series that occurs every Thursday.

The chef of the group will love this recently remodeled kitchen. Complete with french door fridge, microwave, gas oven and 4-burner stove, and not to mention brand new granite countertops with stool-seating for 6 at the breakfast bar! The whole family can gather around while the chef puts on a show! The kitchen opens up to the living area, with a large family dining table (seats 8) joining the two.

And when you’re done with a long day of Tahoe fun and ready to crash, you’ll have 3 cozy bedrooms to choose from. The primary suite is located upstairs, featuring a king sized bed, 56” Smart TV, and ensuite bath. The primary bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tub. Also on the upstairs floor of this home, you will find a half bath in the hallway. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and 44” smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin over queen bunk and 44” smart TV. In addition, there is a second family room on the ground floor, so everyone can spread out and relax.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
