Charming Tahoe Cabin just Blocks to the Beach!

What a wonderfully charming beginning to any Tahoe vacation! Enjoy the lake the way it was meant to be - in a centrally located cabin within a short walk of the beach, pristine meadow and local restaurants! It is also just a few minutes drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos. The cabin is comfortably furnished with lots of Tahoe charm! Working while on vacation? We have you covered with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace after a day on the slopes. As of Nov 30, 2021 this cabin will only be available for 31 day stays.

Parking - 2 cars maximum - This is strictly enforced. Neighbors do report extra cars - IMPORTANT!

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise, parking over the limit of (2) or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Wonderful family cabin

We had three generations staying in this cabin, and it was just right. Grandfather with mobility issues did great in the downstairs bedroom with lots of space for his walker. The downstairs bathroom is so lovely, and also had plenty of space. The wrap-around deck was perfect for morning coffee. The cabin wasn’t cleaned particularly well, with beer bottles under one bed, straw and candy wrappers under another, and popcorn kernels under the third. The windows were difficult to close, requiring one person pushing from the outside, and another on the inside. The screens are largely attached with tape. The bathroom sink was clogged. Our VRBO messages went unanswered, but we did not call the management company. Check out is at 10:00, which was a challenge for us, especially since the key has to be returned to another location. All that said, the bedroom arrangements, cabin layout, comfortable furniture, and cabin location would have us return again!

We would come again

First we found a dead mouse under a standing lamp. Most of the lighting was very dim and we requested lightbulbs; and we also asked for more towels as we didn’t think there was enough. The service man who came to replace the lightbulbs was very courteous and he gave us an extra key from the lock box because the office didn’t send a second key with him and we had requested it. It would be helpful to have more written instruction regarding operation of the dishwasher and the television. We could not figure out that the dishwasher would operate only if a wall switch was turned on. The television would not work and we called the office they contacted the owner and he was able to connect to his account from his home and we were able to use the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked him the lady who ended up being our cook was surprised to see that there was no pot with a lid and also we found that a Teflon pot was so badly scratched and one of the ladies felt that it was a health hazard so maybe these are just a little few things you might want to check. We likely will be using you again. We we might try another venue but it depends on how many of us go up to Tahoe. It was a great getaway overall thank you

Great location

House was dated along with furnishings, and had some damages I reported to management office .it was well equipped with kitchen needs( pots, pans, utensils etc). Great location but NOT on lake, is a block to marsh ( bring bug spray in summer for mosquitoes), about 3 blocks to Regan beach. Overall decent place in great location of south tahoe
