The room was old, heater was noisy, beds and pillows very uncomfortable, bathroom felt like if I was in the 70's, management doesn't invest in this place they just want the profit

Room clean. Staff can be a little more attentive. Reserved room and wanted some extra pillows, they told me they didn't see the request and would bring them in a little bit. Needless to say they never showed up

While I understand it was a busy week for the hotel, I was disappointed that my room wasn't ready until nearly 8:00 PM. Additionally, there were significant maintenance issues: the toilet water supply was non-functional, and the shower pan was incorrectly curved, causing water to pool rather than drain properly.

Lack of staff, didnt get check in right on time need to wait room to be cleaned, room was dirty with pet hairs & food on the floor, fridge was not clean bathroom was terrible. NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT!!

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was relaxed and cozy. I’d definitely stay here again!
