Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the proximity to incredible hiking. We also enjoyed being right on the water and enjoyed daily dips in the lake- very refreshing! The kitchen was very well appointed with high quality appliances. And the pillows on the king bed were the most comfortable I’ve ever had! At first the parking was a challenge with our large suv, but we figured that out after the first day. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this Accommodation. The boutique development is right in the heart of Southlake Tahoe, convenient to everything. The views are stunning. View of a lifetime

I can't express enough how wonderful this home is. Our host was so professional and helpful in our last minute booking. The onsite manager was delightful, so welcoming and always asked how we were and if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. We have stayed in South Lake many years and the Rubicon 11 was an experience like none other. If you get the opportunity, please book with RNR vacation properties.

Our family stayed here for a spring break. The property was clean, spacious, ammenities were superb. The highlight of the property was its location right by the lake beach and modern kitchen with almost new appliances.

Outstanding Home

It's hard to explain how nice this home is and how well it was appointed. We normally choose to stay in a hotel because of the services. Most homes you rent don't even have salt/pepper in the pantry. It's always so much work remembering to bring foil, napkins and so on. The owners are very generous to share their "stuff" with perfect strangers. Definitely a great experience.

Great clean house with stunning views. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Gets a little crowded during the busy times of the year. Very expensive in my experience with VRBO but it's due to all the upgrades in the kitchen and location. Also my suv couldn't fit in the garage so I had to park across the street in the supermarket parking lot.
