- Please note: there is no garage. There is a small carport at the end of a short steep driveway that slopes down from the street. During winter, AWD or 4WD vehicle highly recommended. Chains a MUST if your vehicle is not AWD or 4WD. Driveway will be plowed, but you should expect snow and ice. Parking backwards will create the best traction.

The downstairs bedroom hosts a queen size bed. Upstairs there are two twin beds in the loft. The downstairs full bath has a single sink, shower, and tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

Just outside the living space on the ground floor is the quaint deck and fenced in backyard.

Pets: 1 dog allowed w/ pre-approval (up to 35lbs), additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
