Check for construction
Check if the construction is still going on before staying here. I stayed September 2024 and they were redoing the parking lot with heavy construction work starting at 8am on weekdays. The unit was still similarly priced to others in the area even with this construction work. I was not notified of the construction when booking.
Due to the construction, I couldn't park near the unit during the week and had to carry all our stuff across the complex and dirt construction area. There was a small lot not too far from the unit, but it was usually full and people parked at the end blocking you from looping around the lot, so if it was full you had to back up through the parking lot as there was nowhere to turn around which often caused multi-car traffic jams.
During the weekend, they opened up parking on the dirt near the units, but there were no parking spot markings, and parking was a mess.
Even the unit itself I would only give 2 stars due to cleanliness and amenities issues. They had pillows on the beds and couch without pillow cases that were gross (literally crunchy to the touch). There were no hand towels in the bathroom; we were only given a bath towel and washcloth on the beds for each person staying.
