This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking surroundings. Situated on the second floor of the main lodge, the condo provides convenient access to elevators, saunas, fitness center, lodge pool & hot tub, and underground parking.

The designer kitchen is equipped for creating homemade meals, complete with dish soap, dishwasher packs, sponges, paper towels, and kitchen towels. The bathroom features a combination shower/tub separate from the sink and vanity area.

Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

Cozy and Convenient Heavenly Getaway

A delightful and spotless little gem in a prime location, just a 5-minute drive to Heavenly. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, making it perfect for a stay with my son. It was so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave! The property management is exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be returning!

The ammenities are fantastic, and views from the private beach are glorious. The condo is great, the bathroom is a bit tight but the rest is so great it doesn’t matter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent condo in every respect. Very clean with simple, nicely designed furniture and accessories. Kitchen was perfect - tasteful, seemingly new dishes, utensils, and cookware. Appreciated how clean everything was! Quiet location on the back side of the building (away from Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Only noise is from upstairs neighbors but not the fault of condo.Two areas for improvement: 1) the small patio is nice for fresh area, but not for sitting outside. It would be better if the small table and chairs were bar height instead of regular height. As is you find yourself looking straight at the solid patio wall; not particularly pleasant. A higher seat would allow the view to be over the patio wall. 2) Shower: the doors need work;they are very difficult to slide. Shower floor is slippery and needs some anti-slip application. Lastly the shower handle itself is loose which makes adjusting the water temperature difficult.
