This newly remodeled (2024) 3-story, multi-level home accommodates 8 in one of South Tahoe’s most coveted communities. Enjoy PlayStation 5 on a massive 85" TV, basketball hoop, poker chips and games for the console. Barbecue out on the deck, and avail yourself of access to the village’s unparalleled amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub and fitness center.
This home does not have air conditioning.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

Welcome to the home where comfort & fun collide in the open concept great room. The rustic wall panelling gives the space a cozy cabin feel, while the video game decor creates an inviting family atmosphere. Natural light fills the main living room where you can relax on the sectional seating, warm up by the gas fireplace & enjoy PlayStation 5 game nights together in front of the 85” big screen!

The balcony right of the main living & dining area is perfect for morning coffee. It’s complete w/ seating for 4 & an electric BBQ.

The kitchen is fully stocked w/ everything you need to make quality meals. Cook like a pro w/ exquisite kitchen appliances including an Instant Pot. The sturdy wooden dining table seats 6, plus there are 3 seats at the kitchen counter.

After the sun sets, rest your head in one of this home’s 5 comfortable beds. Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 are both on the ground floor. Both rooms feature 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, & one w/ a 65" Smart TV w/ cable & the other a 42” 4K Smart TV w/ cable. The shared bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower/tub combo & separate vanity area. The 5th bed in the home is a queen located in the open loft on the third floor, which overlooks the main living area. The loft doubles as an office w/ a desk & chair for those working remotely.

Lakeland Village must-have amenities include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, & children’s play area. As our guest, you have access to all amenities.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free w/ the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Nice getaway in Tahoe

We had a nice stay at this Lakeland Village condo with our four children (ages 10 and under). The PlayStation was a hit with the kids and the location is perfect for walking to the lake, the pool/spa, and to Heavenly Village. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. They were quick to bring baby gates when we realized we needed them in order to keep our toddler corralled so we could relax some. It was overall a great time at the lake :)

None of us had ever been to Lake Tahoe before and this was the perfect place to stay. The bedrooms were all very nice and spacious. Easy parking with pool and beach access. Perfectly located as well.

Excellent location and amenities!

Myself, my husband, our 6 year old daughter and husband’s parents, stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s spring break. It was the perfect place for us! Lakeland Village is an amazing location - VERY close to Heavenly Village and right on the water! Doesn’t get much better for SLT. There were some things that required some attention during our stay and the management team was responsive and the items were handled immediately. Very much appreciated that! One small downside is some of the mattresses are a little uncomfortable and could use a replacement. We will likely return for a getaway in the summer! Thanks for an excellent trip!

Perfect for short family getaway

We stayed at the start of winter and found the property to be well designed for the snow season - double door entry with a large space for wet boots/jackets etc. The home is comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the kids books and games that were available for our toddlers. Lots of room to relax and play, and the well equipped kitchen allowed us to make meals easily. The beds weren’t as comfy as we’d like, but it was good having two big rooms on the same floor so we were close to sleeping kids overnight. We had a leaking tap during our stay and it was fixed within hours - very impressed with the maintenance service! Location is great with restaurants & grocery store just a minute’s walk away. Great access to the lake and a short drive to Heavenly base & the gondola.

Tahoe Townhouse

Perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room. The community very clean and it was east to access all amenities. Only negative: per house instructions since there is no air conditioning, keep blinds and windows closed in the day time and open in the evening when it’s the cooler time of day. Unfortunately most of the windows on the third floor loft and living room could not be opened. The windows are located very high with no access ie stool or stick to unlock and open. With the 2 skylights letting heat in and no way to open the windows, the townhouse was 79-80 degrees in the afternoons. When the sunset the townhouse did cool off but not until 9pm or so.

Perfect location for summer on the lake

The condo was clean and had all basic necessities. Perfect location right by the water and walking distance from the beach to the boat rental location that also had shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our time and the ability to walk down to the water for the beautiful Tahoe sunsets. Definitely would book again.

Our family had a great time at the home. The location was great with a lot of restaurants, shops and beach access. Our boys loved the playstation during downtime and the property had great amenities available with our favorite being able to easily go between the beach and pool!

Fantastic trip!

Stayed here with my family and had a great time! Location is 10/10, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Heavenly. The condo is spacious and clean, parking is easy and hot tub and private beach are great. Really appreciated the extras like Instant Pot, electric grill, and Smart TVs. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful townhouse which is just 1 mins walk away from private beach. The house was very clean and enough space for 6 people to adjust comfortably.
