The space
This spacious home is perfect for a large family or several couples. The interior design is styled with high end designer furniture. The main level on the second floor has an open floor plan including the living room, kitchen, and dining room and features high vaulted ceilings for an open luxurious feel. Living room as a 75" TV with Roku and Sonos sound system. The sleek and modern kitchen has high end stone finishes, state of the art appliances, and quiet-close cabinets for ample storage. Calphalon stainless steel cookware and all the spices to make the chef in your life feel at home. This level also has a laundry room with quiet, energy efficient appliances to make long stays more convenient. The half bath powder room is accessible to all the guests.

On the second level is also the enormous primary bedroom which also has high vaulted ceiling and has an en-suite bathroom that's like a spa retreat. The attached bathroom has a spa tub, double sinks, and large stand up glass shower.

The first level has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bunk room is perfect for 3 or more kids to use as second bedroom or a playroom. There is twin over full bunk bed and a full pull out sofa bed. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed.

The third level loft is perfect remote work, dedicated office space with two modern sit/stand desks, three Apple Thunderbolt displays, and a color laser printer. The balcony is the perfect spot to take in the spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, especially during sunset. There is a comfortable queen size convertible sofa bed so this could be used as a fourth bedroom.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home, one car garage, and one car driveway and usage of the yard. We do split the side yard with our neighbor. Remote access for easy entry. A code will be provided at check in.

In the garage, we have a few sleds that could be borrowed for fun snow play days. Outdoor barbecue can also be used.

Other things to note
Year around, there are a variety of rental shops, water activities and winter sport rentals all within 5-10 mins of the property.

Summers offer lively weekly free concerts by the lake on Thursday evenings at Lakeview Commons. Fun for the whole family with lots of local vendors and food trucks. Music is not very audible from the house. Perfect time for a barbecue or a lemonade stand for the kids, both already provided.

Summers also has the Ski-Run local farmers markets nearby that offers over 40 vendors there is something for everyone! Ski Run market offers organic farm fresh produce, local eats, live music, and locally made arts and crafts.
