The Space:

PeakView Tahoe combines a secluded Pioneer Trail location with an impressive collection of entertainment, outdoor, and family-friendly amenities. With 6 bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces, the home gives families and groups plenty of room to spend time together while still having space to spread out.



The great room is the heart of the home, featuring a cozy instant-on gas fireplace, comfortable designer furnishings, large windows, and views toward Mt. Tallac. Two-zone Sonos surround sound provides music throughout the living area, while ceiling fans and room-darkening shades add comfort to every bedroom and the great room.



The dedicated media room is built for movie and game nights, with a 135" screen, 4K home theater projector, Nintendo Switch connectivity, and two-zone Sonos surround sound. Pre-paid Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Spectrum Cable with HBO are provided, along with a second collection of Smart TVs throughout the home. In total, the home has 9 TVs, including a 77" LG OLED TV.



For more active entertainment, the home features a 16-foot California House shuffleboard table and a video game table with 64 games. There's also a full wet bar stocked with wine and champagne glasses for drinks and entertaining.



The chef's kitchen is equipped for serious cooking, with a double oven, All-Clad cookware, KitchenAid mixer, Breville waffle maker, Ninja blender, Zojirushi rice maker, walk-in pantry, and ample preparation space. A large dining area provides a comfortable place for the group to gather for meals.



Outside, the deck takes advantage of the home's Mt. Tallac views and sunset setting. The private hot tub features customizable settings for a relaxing soak, while the 4-burner Weber Genesis II natural gas grill makes outdoor cooking easy.



The home is also designed for Tahoe's seasons. Snowboard racks and an electric boot and glove dryer make winter gear storage convenient, while the Tesla charger with J1772 adapter provides EV charging at the home. Daily snow removal is provided as needed during winter.



Located just 200 yards from the High Meadows Trailhead and surrounding trail systems, PeakView Tahoe puts hiking and mountain biking close to the front door. Heavenly is approximately 4.2 miles away, Stateline casinos about 4 miles, Sierra-at-Tahoe about 15.2 miles, and Kirkwood about 33.1 miles.

Sleeping Arrangements:

6 bedrooms with premium Room & Board mattresses, room-darkening Hunter Douglas shades with LightLock, ceiling fans, bedside lamps, and USB and/or wireless charging in most bedrooms. The home also includes adult bunk beds by Francis Lofts & Bunks and an additional fold-out chair bed for children.



Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite (Main Level): King bed + sofa bed. Located on the main living level with only a few stairs to access the home. Includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening Hunter Douglas shades with LightLock, and bedside lighting with charging.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): California king bed with Smart TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and bedside lighting with charging.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): King bed with Smart TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and bedside lighting with charging.

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Queen bed with Smart TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and bedside lighting with charging.

Bedroom 5 – Family Room (Main Level): Queen bed + twin bed + toddler bed. Includes a toddler-friendly sleeping setup, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, and bedside lighting. A Pack 'N Play and travel high chair are also available.

Bedroom 6 (Lower Level): Queen bed + twin bed, with ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and bedside lighting with charging.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Primary Ensuite: Private bathroom serving the primary bedroom, with an oversized glass shower, double vanity, and fresh professionally laundered towels.

Bathroom 2 – Main Level: Full bathroom conveniently located on the main living level, with an oversized glass shower and fresh towels provided.

Bathroom 3 – Lower Level: Full bathroom serving the lower-level bedrooms, with an oversized glass shower and professionally laundered towels.

Bathroom 4 – Lower Level: Additional full bathroom on the lower level, providing convenient access for guests staying downstairs.



Family-Friendly Hospitality:

Our home is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared before every stay, with fresh, professionally laundered sheets, towels, and bedding provided for every guest. Beds are made with hot iron-pressed sheets and our 3-sheet bedding technique, providing freshly prepared bedding for every arrival.



Families will appreciate the Pack 'N Play, travel high chair, children's cups and dinnerware, adult bunk beds, and additional fold-out chair bed for children. We also provide soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other everyday essentials, along with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.



The home includes direct entry and 24/7 local support, with mid-stay cleaning available for longer visits. Daily snow removal is provided as needed during winter, and a bear box is provided for secure trash management.

Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin, including six spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a dedicated game room. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy the private yard, the relaxing hot tub, and the patio area with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill. Please note that the owner closet remains locked.



The Neighborhood:

PeakView Tahoe is a secluded retreat in South Lake Tahoe that balances mountain tranquility with easy access to local attractions. You are just a short walk from the High Meadows Trailhead for hiking and biking. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a five minute drive away, with Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood also nearby for skiing. After your adventures, enjoy the dining, shopping, and entertainment in the Stateline area, just ten minutes away. Our cabin offers the perfect base for both nature lovers and those seeking vibrant lakefront energy.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring PeakView Tahoe. We provide four private parking spaces, two in the garage and two in the driveway, as street parking is prohibited. An electric vehicle charger with an adapter is available on site. While public buses exist, a car is essential for reaching Heavenly ski resort, which is five minutes away, or the Stateline casinos. If arriving by air, Reno Tahoe International Airport is approximately a ninety minute drive from the cabin.
